About Us
individualisedlivingoptions.com.au is an independent service that connects NDIS participants, families and support coordinators with registered individualised living options (ILO) providers who may be able to help. It's free to use, and we're not a provider or part of the NDIS.
Why We Started
Getting an ILO started means finding a provider who offers it, works in your area and is taking on new participants. We do the ringing around. You tell us about the person once, and we pass it to a registered ILO provider who may be able to help.
We also write plain-English guides to how ILO works, from who it's for to exploration and design and funding. Every guide is checked against the NDIA's own ILO guideline and pricing, and links to them.
Who We Are
individualisedlivingoptions.com.au is run by a small team with a background in digital services and in working with NDIS providers.
How We're Paid
Providers pay us for introductions. That's what keeps the service free for you. It doesn't come out of your NDIS plan. More on how it works.
