The Sources We Use

• The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), including Our Guideline on individualised living options and the ILO pages for participants and providers on the NDIS website
• The NDIA's ILO service proposal form
• The NDIS Pricing Schedule 2026-27 and the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits
• The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, including the NDIS Code of Conduct
• The NDIA's pages on other home and living supports, like SIL, SDA and medium-term accommodation

We don't rely on providers' blogs or forum posts for facts. If we can't confirm something in a primary source, we leave it out.

How We Keep Guides up to Date

NDIS prices are reviewed each financial year, and the NDIA updates its guidelines from time to time. Where we give a figure, like the exploration and design price limit, we say which year it's for and link to the current numbers. Each page shows when it was last checked, and we check again when the NDIA publishes new guidance or pricing.

Our Independence

Providers pay us for introductions. They don't write our guides, pay to be mentioned in them, or see them before they're published. Our guides are general information, not advice about your plan or a particular home.
