Enquiries come with the ILO funding stage, the arrangement the person is interested in, daily support needs, where they live now, location and timing, so you can tell quickly whether you can help.
How It Works for Providers
- Each enquiry says who the ILO is for, the arrangement they're interested in, whether exploration and design or ILO supports are funded, daily support needs, where they live now, the postcode and the timeframe
- Each enquiry goes to one provider at a time, never to a group
- You only get enquiries for the areas and stages you cover, while you're taking on participants
- You pay per introduction. We'll take you through pricing when we talk

Pricing and the Service Proposal
Exploration and design is claimed by the hour under 01_850_0106_1_1, within the 2026-27 price limits, and the ILO Support Model is quoted through the service proposal.
